Open the app

You will land in the lobby with your wallet balance visible at the top.
Log In from a Browser or PC
Open the Mirana Club website in Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox and tap Log In. Use exactly the same phone number and password as in the app. This is handy on a laptop or when the app is not installed.
On a shared or office computer, never tick “remember me”, and always log out when you finish.
Bookmark the genuine Mirana Club website the first time you log in from a browser. Opening it from your bookmark each time protects you from look-alike pages shared in group chats or ads, which are a common way people lose their passwords.
Log In on iPhone
If you added Mirana Club to your home screen from Safari, tap that icon and log in as normal. If you have not set it up yet, open the website in Safari, tap Share → Add to Home Screen, then use the new icon. Full steps are on the download page.
Forgot Your Password? Reset It with Email OTP
Password recovery works best when you added an email to your account. That is why our register guide recommends adding it on the first day.

You will find it under the password box on the login screen.
Enter your email
Type the email address linked to your account and request the code.
Enter the OTP
Check your inbox (and the spam folder) for the one-time code and enter it in the app.
Set a new password
Choose a new, strong password, confirm it, and log in again.
Mirana Club staff will never ask for your OTP or password. Anyone who asks for them on WhatsApp, Telegram or social media is trying to take over your account.

Login Problems and How to Fix Them

Changed Your Phone or Number?
Because your account is stored on the Mirana Club server, moving to a new phone is easy. Install the app on the new phone from our download page, open it and log in with your usual phone number and password. Your balance, game history and rewards will be there as before.
Changing your SIM or phone number is different. Your old number is still your login ID, so keep using it to sign in. If you want the account linked to a new number, contact Customer Service and ask whether the number can be updated. Do not create a second account with the new number, as duplicate accounts can be blocked.
Logging Out and Switching Accounts
Logging out is a good habit on any phone you share with family. Open your account or profile page, scroll to the bottom and tap Log Out. On a PC browser, log out and close the tab, especially on a shared or office computer.
If someone else in your home also plays, each person should have their own account and their own phone number. Sharing one account makes it impossible to track spending honestly and can cause problems with withdrawals.
